recipe here
Since I've started baking a few months ago, every few weeks I will get the strong urge to MAKE SOMETHING RIGHT NOW! And yeah, making baked oatmeal is nice but isn't quite the same. Fortunately my friend's grandmother has been super great to me lately, so excuse to make cookies and give them to her (keeping some for myself, of course).
Now, chai + snickerdoodles=perfect Sophie combination. I added a bit more ginger than the recipe called for because we like ginger in my family.
It's good! Really soft and chewy, which is my favorite.

I've always wondered what a Snickerdoodle was (I mean, I knew it was a kind of cookie but I've never had one so I don't know what it is supposed to taste like), but if you add chai to it, I think I'll gladly give it a go.
:D
