Woah, I just realized that Sweets is played by the guy on Freaks and Geeks. That is so weird, because I saw that show a few months ago on DVD, and I went from little kid to grown man, which is probably why it took me so long to realize it. No wonder he looked familiar! God, Television can be so weird sometimes.
