I've never read any of the Buffy or Angel comics, so I wouldn't really know. I keep meaning to pick up some of the Buffy Season 8 comics, because I hear bad things about them but I still want to see for myself. And I don't really want to read the Angel ones, because I like the implication that everyone dies.
