I saw Bones last night

I'm weeks behind but I decided to watch The Proof in the Pudding anyway because I'd heard good things about it.
I actually liked it! It took me a while to get into it because I always hate the music for the episode (I don't know what's worse: when it doesn't go with the episode or when it does. Because if it goes, then it's usually exactly the kind of episode I dislike. If it doesn't, it doesn't fit AT ALL and gets really annoying).
I thought Hodgins and Cam were amazing, as usual. I can always count on them to get a good line or moment. I loved how Hodgins was the first to figure out that it might be JFK, and how he was back to being his conspiracy theorist self. Plus, Lone Gunmen!!! I felt so bad for him when he got punched for making the Bush comment. Plus, even though I dislike Hodgins/Angela scenes (I liked them season 2 but fell out of love sort of mid season 3, and then definitely in season 4) how sweet was his offer? Hodgins is a sweetie <3 I loved Cam's shouting for Hodgins and Hodgins saying that that was kind of hot. Yay for shippy Cam/Hodgins scenes! Also yay for more character time! I always like it when they have more characters than just Booth and Brennan having storylines and scenes. I love these characters, even if I do miss old Angela.
I loved how Booth shot the glass then moved his gun and then got tackled to the ground. I loved Brennan's jibber jabber and her scene with Cam at the very end. I even thought that Sweets was just fine this episode seeing as how it was admitted that he didn't belong there and he didn't do his usual crap.
Why was Booth's boss (is his name Andrew? I forgot) doing FBI business in the diner?
