If you get an account, I suggest http://the-dark-arts.net/forums/index.php?act=idx I get a lot of my headers from there (if a friend of mine doesn't make me one). I would suggest finding a few graphic artists you like and PMing them to see if they're available. It can take a while (this one took me ALMOST a month to put out a request and find someone to make it) but it's worth it. The graduate and staff artists are the best. And at the bottom they'll usually state if they're available or not.
