Recipe #3: Baked Oatmeal
baked oatmeal recipe here
This was my second time making this, but I used a different recipe this time. Last time, it was way too dry. This recipe was really good. Sweet but not too sweet, and it had a nice texture. I didn't refrigerate overnight, but it still turned out really good.
This recipe is going to be a keeper for me, I think!
