Fic rec

I recently refound a story that was recommended to me about a year ago by hmsharmony. I can honestly say that it's one of the best stories I've ever read. It is an HHR though, and while I know many of you on my f-list don't like HHR, well, I still think you'll like it. Warning: it'll make you cry buckets. I'm not kidding. This isn't one of those "tissue warning" fics that might leave you a bit choked up but nothing more. There will be actual tears. It's called Survivor by atruwriter. Here's the summary:
Waiting. He was always waiting. He'd already buried one best friend and now the other will follow. There was nothing he could do or say. There was no Harry without Hermione. Ron witnessed the beginning and now he must accept the end. HHr

A/N- I’d like to reinstate the warning I wrote in the first chapter: the characters are going to be somewhat out of character. I will have some in character moments here and there, but if something puts you off, that’s why. I’d also like to apologize for the wait.
