Well then you are a bigger person than I because I don't like them in either verse even when there are 'reasons' or moments that make me go, 'oh, I see that' because in the overall way of things I can't wrap my brain around the why they would be together. Of course Ron would love/be in love with Hermione because um, lets face it who wouldn't? (She reminds me of Lily that way because all the boys were a little bit in love with her too, right?) What I can't understand is the part where Hermione would be in love with Ron. I mean I know love makes you stupid but c'mon. REALLY? You want this man that never supports you and makes everything about you really about him and how it affects him and his feelings and his damage but doesn't give a care about how this feels for you. And that's not really a healthy relationship IMO. Love is not selfish. Love is not about control. And if you think that it IS about that then you are not the person that I thought you were.
