Which should I watch next?[Poll #1678478]
ladysophiekitty: (LOTS Cara kickass)
Don't have much time to write this because I have to go to bed soon, but on Thursday I started watching BSG (some of you might say FINALLY since I've been told to watch for two years) and finished up season 1 today. Though, confession time. I'd actually watched an episode of BSG before because Dad rented it, but we didn't watch the special first, just what we thought was the first ep. I was bored and confused.

This time, I like it! I thought it was interesting at first, and I got more into it. I'm definitely seeing where all the Lee/Kara shippers come from, and I'm sure there's a ton of Roslin/Adama shippers out there too because wow!

The story is interesting and I'm liking the characters. Am definitely looking forward to watching season 2 tomorrow.

R.I.P. (not quite dead yet, I know)

Internet TV viewing won't be the same without you.

Mom really wants to watch the Olympics, so she called someone, and we now have DIRECT TV! We haven't had channels at my mom's house for twelve years. I always had to go to my dad's house to watch tv, and only local channels at that. But now, if say Bones changes their time again (because they do that A LOT) I can watch it no matter what house it's on at. Well, hopefully. It's a month by month thing, so it all depends on whether or not Mom likes it.

Stealing this idea from Lerdo's Wednesday Smiles.

Sometimes we can get so caught up in all the bad in our life we forget about the good things going on too. I know I do a lot. I thought, why don't we make ourselves feel a little better and acknowledge those good things? Why did I choose Wednesday? Because sometimes it's even harder to remain positive in the middle of the week. So post something (or somethings) that you are thankful for, looking forward to, or something you are positive about, or something that makes you really happy.

Me: I just started watching Angel. Now, admittedly I have seen episodes of this show before at a friend's house, but then the only memory I've had of Buffy was very faint images from when I watched the show ages ago. Now that I've seen Buffy, I get Angel more now. And it's awesome. I've also found another new show (this time new-new) called Joan of Arcadia that, even though it has a lot about God is not preachy and miraculously doesn't make me feel uncomfortable.

Also, tomorrow is the last day of school before I am out of that particular hell forever! But who knows whether I'll bump into another hell dimension... *really lame Buffy reference*

NOOOO! WHY? Cliffhangers are evil and should DIE. And this is coming from the girl who litters her story with them. How am I ever going to make it until next week? Which is the season finale...God, they take the show away for a long time, bring it back for a bit, and then take it away again! It's no fair. At least one of my friends *coughCarolinecough* watches Bones now, so I have someone to rant to who knows what the hell I'm talking about. Brennan's and Zach's singing though was really nice. Made up for it a little bit.

I hear House was bad too cliffhanger wise. I haven't seen it yet though since my step-mom wouldn't let me stay up for once to watch it. I guess I'll watch it on Veoh tonight or whatever. Or I could wait until next week to make it less painful. I don't think I could handle thinking about TWO shows.

On another note: I just saw the X-Files trailer, and it looks AWESOME! I'm so excited now. I just have to finish watching seasons 7-9. I can't wait until I get to the part where they are a couple. I've been waiting for it for years! Though I hear the whole show goes downhill after that, with Mulder leaving and all. Still, it should be awesome.
